Is this pad 1.5mm (as in the title) or 0.5mm (specifications) thick?

1.5mm

There is nothing in the specifications about 0.5mm...
! Packaging dimensions ! 0.5cm = 5mm

This would also be evident from the manufacturer's number.

Apart from that, this seems rather expensive for the size of the pad.
