This iPad is a technical mess, it is full of compromises, the interface is USB-C but lame, the panel is 10.9 but not fully laminated, the iPad 10th gen has an A14 processor, which is also not very up-to-date (the latest Apple TV has an A15 and the Apple TV costs 169 francs). I would advise against it and buy the iPad Air 2022, it is equipped with a fast M1 processor, has a 10Gbit/s USB-C port and also a fully laminated display. It costs a bit more, but is almost twice as fast and technically better in everything.
