Is this product compatible with the ASUS GL552VW-CN114T (15.60", Full HD, Intel Core i7-6700HQ, 16GB, HDD, Win 10)?

Nope, they are not compatible.
From the Asus page: DDR4 2133 MHz SDRAM, 2 x SO-DIMM socket for expansion up to 32 GB SDRAM
The easiest way is to contact Asus directly, I couldn't get much more information from the homepage. I would like to note that 16GB, which are already installed, will be enough for gaming.
