It is possible that if you take a Y-cable for each of the 6 fan connections that you can then control 12 fans, isn't it? Because I don't want to buy 2 Commander Pro and so I watched a few YT videos and the people there said that you could connect 2 fans per connection.

This works for the fan control. You then always have the two fans that you have on the Y-cable with the same speed (you cannot control them individually). As far as RGB is concerned, I don't know exactly either, but I would be happy if someone here could answer that. I have 10 fans and would like to solve everything via a commander if possible.

Yes, the Y cable works, and the RGB splitter from Corsair can be used for the RGB signal.
