Question about Corsair iCUE Commander Core XT

I've got a question. I want to build my first gaming PC. I have chosen the corsair 4000d airflow case. I would like to fit 6 rgb fans. So I have to remove the 2 fans that are already there. I'm going to buy 2 packs of 3 fans. They are AR120 RGB. So I'll have a total of 6 RGB fans. My question is: how do I connect them? How does the power supply and RGB work? Then I'd like to control them using the iCue software. So do I need a hub to connect them? I'm sorry, I don't really understand this fan part (RGB). Can you help me? Thanks a lot!

Hello,
Yes, you need the iCue Commander HUB to manage Corsair fans.
You need to connect the Commander to the motherboard and then connect the fans to the Commander. Each fan can be adjusted individually or together as you wish.

The commander gets power and is connected to the internal usb. The fans are connected to the commander for power and rgb. But for rgb only corsair fans work.
