My Arctis 7 keeps disconnecting and reconnecting on the ps4 does anyone know why?

look in the software of Engine or in the settings for there is a setting where you can set when the headset switches off. for me, the default setting was 30 min. now I have set it to never switch off and it no longer switches off by itself. That's how it is on the PC. I don't know exactly how it is with the Ps4.
