My camera goes offline even though the wifi connection is optimal and the other cameras connected to this wifi work (not Ezviz) very well. Do you have a solution? Knowing that I can not move to go on site.

It does a simple reboot, not a reset (my mistake) with the controlled plug. Otherwise the remote modem router reboot also works without buying anything extra.

I also have this problem, only solution is to reset the router remotely or to reset the cam via a connected socket.
