My device no longer works, sends a dark grey / black screen to the TV, but does nothing. Disc seems to be running, judging by the noise. The remote control also works, I can at least operate the TV with it... What am I doing wrong? Any ideas?

does the picture change when you go to the main menu? have you tried playing something from a usb stick. if you never notice a change in the picture, it will be due to the cable or the output of the player... at least from here😜
