My wired internet connection speed is 250 Mbps. I tested network speed using one of devolo powerline dLAN 550 duo+. I receive speed of 75 Mbps only. Did you see this problem.

I have had a dLAN 200 AV setup with 3 adapters for years. However, the connection speeds are usually 10, 20 Mbps, rarely 150, which is usually just barely enough for my use. On the one hand, this is due to the topology of the flat and the associated power lines, but on the other hand (I've noticed this in the meantime and it's also in the manuals), it's mainly due to my very nasty cascades of double plugs and power strips.

I noticed the same phenomenon these days with a colleague who also has a dLAN network: eliminate the plug cascades and strips according to the manual, et voilà - joy reigns :-)

This adapters have Fast-Ethernet-LAN-Ports. Fast-Ethernet is limited to 100mbps so you won't get much more than 75 mbps.
