On my X570 Unify, I have had a crackling sound on the "Line-Out/ Front Speaker Out " with every sound it plays since yesterday. It's like a walkie-talkie. Before the sound to be played, there is a crack, then the sound is played in poor quality and then another crack. But only on the socket in the mainboard, front output not on the housing. Does anyone have a solution?
I don't know how much technical work you will have to do, but here is one way you could proceed. As has already been written here, update the drivers and bios. After that...
Load a second operating system, e.g. Ubuntu, onto a USB stick and start the PC from the stick with this test operating system. This will allow you to exclude Windows. Then see if you only have the crackling on devices that need a power supply themselves. Just take a pair of mobile headphones and test with them. Greetings Doc
Do you have the latest version of the drivers and BIOS?
Hello,
unfortunately I can't help you with this problem.
I have installed an extra sound card (PCIe).
