On the Bambu side, the printer is more than 30 per cent cheaper, including shipping to Switzerland. These are atypically high margins for Galaxus. Is there a reason for this? (I would really like to order from you)

The price is determined by various influences, such as the purchasing conditions specified by the supplier. We always try to offer a price in line with the market, but this is not possible for all products.

At the manufacturer's site €199 which makes CHF 185. Even Conrad manages to sell it for CHF 202, while Galaxus charges a hefty CHF 259. Perhaps you should negotiate with the supplier again or reconsider the margin.
