Question about Noctua Nh-U9s

On the Noctua page it says: Material copper (base and heat pipes), aluminium (cooling fins), soldered & nickel-plated. Since I am interested in liquid metal, I wanted to ask if the bottom is also safely nickel-plated. As I understand it, not even copper is 100% safe from corrosion by liquid metal.

Good day
I have installed the heat sink in the meantime and can't check anymore, but the support on the CPU and the heat pipes are silver and looked nickel-plated to me.
