Will this fit with a Ryzen 5 3600x without a bios update? And with the power supply is a rm850 enough if I still a Msi rtx 2070 super gaming x trio, thanks in advance.

Short answer: Yes. Longer answer: All X570 boards support the 3rd Gen. Ryzen CPUs without a previous bios update.
