Lightning Node Pro comes with an LED hub with two connectors. There you can connect the RGB strips of the Lightning Node and the LED hub of your fans. The fans themselves are then connected to their hub, of course.

If these two connections are enough for you, you can get by with the Lightning Node Pro. With the Commander Pro, you would also have additional USB ports, connections for temperature sensors and the power supply for the fans. It just depends on what you have in mind.
