What kind of connection is this? or which cable for 10G do I want to connect my Synology and my Unify switch with an SFP+ cable? I can get the cable into the switch, but the 10G port on the Synology looks more like an RJ45 port! What kind of cable do I need?

A Cat7 Ethernet cable, I bought this one and it works fine:
