So, love macOS but hate paying 5000 chf for an iMac. So I want to get this motherboard and an Intel core i9 9900k with a Vega 64 hackintoshen. But I'm not quite sure if this motherboard will work. Does anyone have any experience or tips?

It's possible, Gigabyte motherboards have a reputation for being a little simpler for hackintoshing, but still shouldn't be a problem.
