Hello, I have the same problem. What exactly do you mean by button 1? Which one? I've tried around. Nothing works. And does anyone have any idea why this is happening? We reinstalled the device and everything worked perfectly. Then we disconnected the device from the power supply because we didn't want a continuous current on it. Nothing worked after that. The remote control can't be reprogrammed either.
Maybe someone has a tip for me!
