Question about LogiLink BT0062

The device is a game of chance: sometimes it encounters a receiver that it connects, sometimes the receiver is not seen at all and sometimes it is seen but not paired: Blaupunkt BT 214 loudspeaker, about 5 years old: Recognised but not paired Phonak i90 hearing aid (2025): Recognised, paired, audio transmitted Hearing aid Otticon Intent4 (2026): The hearing aid is not shown in the display, cannot be paired. 10-year-old BT speaker from Crivit: Recognised immediately, connected and audio transmitted. I bought the LogiLink to connect it to sources that don't have BT via a 3.5 mm jack and then transfer the audio to other devices. It can't be the age of the receiver devices. What could be the reason for this and what can I do to ensure that the LogiLink recognises and pairs ALL devices?

Many Bluetooth receivers are not designed for frequent switching between transmitters. See if disabling Bluetooth on your smartphone helps to register your headphones to this transmitter after using them with your smartphone. I don't have this problem, but I use this device to do the opposite: send Spotify from my smartphone to active speakers (via fibre optics).

Hello biker7. It was similar for me. With the small and older SONY TV it recognised the headphones, with the newer and larger LG TV it had "alternating" problems recognising the headphones. Since it was recognised, we haven't changed anything on the TV and it works as desired. Good luck with further "testing".
