The Eufy website states: "Internal storage* is enabled by inserting an SD card (Up to 128 GB)** or you can connect to HomeBase S380 and store years of video recordings on its expandable storage." Does this camera really have an option for expandable storage through SD slots? Or is this just a feature in US/CA?

Helpful answer

The cam has 8GB of built-in memory and this is not expandable. The memory of the HomeBase S340 is easily expandable. I use it to store 3 cams, and there is no foreseeable need for expansion.

You can either use the 8GB of internal memory (there are countless options and settings to ensure that the memory is not filled unnecessarily or overwritten as soon as it is full)
....or purchase the Homebase in addition
