The K1 Max bangs against the rear wall or side wall despite being reset to factory settings and levelled several times. When I activate "homing" via the web interface, it also bangs against the wall. Can anyone help to fix this?

I would check the wiring of the motors. Incorrect belt tension could also be a cause. It could also be that the mainboard is simply faulty. All in all, this sounds like a warranty case to me. https://wiki.creality.com/en...
