Question about eufy eufyCam 2 Pro Set of 2
The night vision function does not switch automatically, let alone record anything at night. I have positioned the camera in different places, even in the room it does not work. I always have to switch it off and on again in live mode. Am I doing something wrong, what are your experiences?
I cannot confirm this. My cams automatically record with and without night vision as long as the system is "armed".

Some of the cameras have a problem with the firmware update to the latest version 4.6.6. Although the cameras are "updated" and the LEDs light up during the process, the old firmware is still installed after the process is complete.
Eufy Support diplomatically confirms a possible connection between the firmware update not working and the erratic activation of the night vision function.
Activate Eufy Chat in the app and describe the problem, the cameras will be replaced without any problems.

I have been using two eufyCam 2 Pro for many months and it works perfectly. Under "Camera settings (cogwheel)" switch on "Automatic night vision", then further down click on "Motion detection" and switch it on on the next page, then set "Detection sensitivity" to 6 or 7 or high. Attention: This must be done for each camera individually!
