The pricing of your "partner" JACOB DE is an outrage. I think I can write on behalf of some of your long-time customers and ask you to question these extortionate offers. A Ryzen 9 5900x is now listed there for €1609.77, a RTX 3090 Strix OC for €4203.12 (as of 29.01.2021). What is incomprehensible to me personally is the fact that digitec offers such a retailer a platform in Switzerland. Serious question, do you really need this? It's no secret that you achieved record sales last year, so I ask again, do you really need this? You're all about customer satisfaction, so where exactly is the advantage for the end customer with JACOB DE? Apart from negative comments and "ugly" customers, I can't see any advantage here, neither for your customers nor for you. There is a saying: "Sometimes less is more"...
