Trying to set up my newly purchased ipad mini. An update to ipad 17.0.2 is requested. Despite several attempts (including loading overnight), the update is not installed. What can I do?
It worked for me without any problems, even on the Mini.
Have you tried shutting down the iPad and booting it up again?
