We bought this printer from Digitec in mid-January 2023. The printer prints perfectly, but every time we print, it makes extremely loud, roaring and grinding sounds. Can this be remedied?

We have the same problems - answer from Digitec: 'Send device back' (!?!? - for us a disappointing answer and no service). 
Therefore, we contacted the support of Oki Switzerland today and asked them to send a service technician or to suggest another solution. An answer is still pending.
