Question about Reolink RLC-823A

We decided on the Reolink RLC-823A because it also recognises pets. Now my question: We only have power cables outside, no network cable. But we have a FRITZ!Repeater 2400 that is connected to the modem via WiFi and has a gigabit LAN connection. Can we connect the camera from the FRITZ!Repeater 2400 to the camera via the gigabit LAN connection with a network cable or would that not work?

I don't know if this completely answers the question, but I tested internet via power connection with this camera at my home and my mobile phone recognised the camera, video and sound were ok. Router on the ground floor, connected to a repeater (socket/internet via electricity) also on the ground floor, camera was on the second repeater (again in socket) on the first floor, worked perfectly. So I could avoid a 25m network cable.
