We have a Flip WM55R and are satisfied so far. Unfortunately, we have been trying to update the device for some time. Unfortunately, the process is always interrupted at some point. It can't be due to the network connection. The connection is stable and working properly. How can we update the device in another way?
Alternatively, you can also write to Samsung support. They will send you an update file with instructions. In short, the update is downloaded to a USB stick, which you can then insert into the Flip 2 and use to update the device.
I had the same problem: the update always stopped in the company network, regardless of whether I was connected via cable or wi-fi. Downloading and installing the update via the mobile phone using a hotspot worked without any problems.
