What about the space for a vertically installed graphics card? Will an RTX ROG STRIX O24G fit in there without the fans sticking directly to the glass of the side cover?

Should actually fit, but the airflow of your graka will be rather poor.
The fans would be directly in front of the glass pane.
In my case, I have installed the graphics card vertically and connected it to the water cooling system. Without water cooling, I would stay horizontal.
