What does manual lens shift mean? Optical or digital keystone correction? What is the difference to the W1070+ other than the 200 lumens (and lens shift if applicable)?
The lens shift is optical. Since you have to adjust it physically on the projector (and not something by remote control) it is called "manual" (on this model you need a screwdriver).
Halo Baesae,
Manual lens shift means that you can adjust the angle of the lens, usually with 2 thumbwheels.
This allows you to shift the image after it is fixed without having to physically move the projector.
Apparently, according to an external forum, the W1070+ is a refresh of the W1070. According to user experience, there are no noticeable improvements except for the 200 lumens you mentioned.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer's website does not provide any information on keystone correction other than: 1D, vertical ± 20° (whereby I assume that the lens shift was specified here).
Greetings Dave
