What exactly is the difference between the two CPU suppliers 47962139 (Tray) and 47373754 (Boxed). If I have researched correctly, "tray" means that the CPUs are sold as OEM variants in large numbers, have poorer warranty lists, etc., but are technically identical. But technically identical. If all this is correct and I haven't made a mistake, why is the tray variant more expensive - should def. be cheaper than the boxed variant?
I was able to do a search and yes, that is correct. Packaging and accessories: and yes, tray versions usually come in a transport protection and no retail box, are usually cheaper and have no accessories included. The warranty period for both is 36 months.
The boxed version is currently cheaper and there are various reasons for this, such as the purchase price etc.
