What is more important for a 120mm gamer computer fan? A high airflow or the max. speed of the fan. Thank you.

Clearly the air volume. The larger the fan, the greater the air volume per revolution, so you would have to let a fan with a large diameter rotate less quickly (less rpm), so it is quieter. I recommend this fan. It is very quiet and has been in use for a few times without any faults.
