What is the difference between the connections? Which is better? LaCie Rugged Mini (5TB) with UCB 3.2 on one side and USB-C on the other or LaCie Rugged (5TB) with USB-C on both sides?

I would now go for USB-C on both sides. I have the other one and the plug doesn't hold well, so the connection is very unstable...
