There is already a clear difference to a white wall, which is really great for this price.
It should be noted, however, that it is extremely important that the canvas is stretched tightly, otherwise it will curl and consume the picture. I made myself a frame with wood and it has worked perfectly ever since.

Conclusion:
The gain factor is definitely there (especially for this price)!
