If DLP is not an option, then the TW7000/7100 is the right choice for you.
These models have an input lag between 20.6 and 22.5 depending on the setting.

The Optoma UHD42 has one at just under 15ms and there is a Benq that manages between 8-15 depending on the setting.
But just... Optoma and Benq are DLP and there the rainbow effect can be seen by some :-(

You probably won't find a better LCD for input lag...
