No real technical difference, already bought the two products (usually I got for the one which is less expensive at the moment of purchase).
Same date of fabrication, only one letter changes between manufactory's references. If I remember correctly the only thing different is that one is Bulk (comes in a protective cardboard box with foam and all) and the other comes in a "pretty" Toshiba package.
