You have 2 options.
Variant 1:
You take prefabricated Twinax DAC cables: ebs. article no. 6407933
Variant 2:
You take 1 package (2 pcs. content) of the SFP+ adapters, e.g. article no. 6037128.
And 1-2 fibre optic patch cables singlemode e.g. article no. 10159683
Important for variant 2 is that you are uniform. This means either singlemode optics and cable or multimode optics and cable.
