What's with the description? Is someone playing a joke? According to all the specs and the product name, it is a WI-FI adapter. No Bluetooth. Besides, the text sounds like it was copied from an 'early 2000s' Wiki entry.

...hmm actually the most important thing to mention in the description is that it still needs antenna cables and one / two antennas to screw on...because only this adapter alone is of no use otherwise... :-)...and yes, BT would already be included...if you have the cables/antenna...
