When are they coming now? The availability was green at the time of the order - obviously you sold goods that you didn't have yet. Then be fair and only charge the money from your credit card when the shipment actually takes place.

The same thing happened to me last week. I cancelled the order and the amount was charged back to my credit card shortly after. I am also of the opinion that they only debit the amount when they send out the item.
