When will it be available again? I've been waiting over a year for it to become available.
I can't answer the question of availability, but if 42 watts is enough for the PoE devices and it should be a UniFi device, this might be an alternative:
Ubiquiti USW-16-POE Gen 2 (16 Ports)
It's 60,00€ more but rack mount, 16 ports and Gen. 2.
