The following: the router has TS-9 connectors, there are antennas with cables but this would be easy for e.g. from the room to the window to amplify the signal.

For outdoor use, i.e. 10m cable and an antenna on the facade, wood, balcony, you need an extension TYPE SMA.

Say TS-9 adapter to SMA:
Delock antenna adapter SMA TS-9 (antenna cable)
or
Delock adapter SMA socket to TS9 plug

Then you need the SMA cable:
Delock antenna cable SMA male to SMA female (0.86 dB, antenna cable)

Then the antenna:
Delock LTE/HSPA/GSM antenna, SMA connector (mobile phone antenna)
or
Delock LTE antenna outdoor (mobile phone antenna)

There are of course also larger antennas etc.
However, I have installed the antenna listed above 2x on the roof myself as we have a radio lock and approx. 20mbps with the antennas the signal has improved minimally but the speed has increased from 20mbps to 80mbps. (also only possible with the appropriate contract) our contract would be at 200mbps but the next radio mast is over 10km away, with a mountain in between.
