Which HDD would you recommend for a Synology NAS WD Red Pro or WD Gold. I have the feeling that the WD Red Pro has a longer lifespan, but the WD Gold is filled with helium and is cheaper, is this true?

When it comes to data backup, I wouldn't go for the cheaper price, but for reliability. Especially the WD Red Pro with its longer warranty and the explicit purpose "NAS" is certainly predestined here.
