What's the point? A good deal is when everyone is happy with the price - not when I also blackmail the seller with an obvious bug! I'm sure you would have bought somewhere else long ago if the thing was available there for that price! If I were Galaxus, I would know what to say!

I am not commercially interested in any business. I merely bought the same product from Galaxus weeks ago, which is probably why I got your mail with the subject: "A customer has a question about your product"!
You have probably contacted the wrong internal department.
If this is the case, please try customer support again by phone.
The price seems very low to me - although I live in Germany, where different tax rates apply. Nothing goes for less than 580 € new! However, I bought it secondhand here for 530 € - at the end of March! The same goes for the AiO water and the graphics card.
Everything from Galaxus was, although used, very cheap, good and obviously really tested beforehand.
Maybe one should consider such an option! Especially with RAM and processors, the risk is close to 0!
