Why is there a Tab with 4G and without 4G ? how does it work if it doesn't have 4G?
If the device has 4G, you can also operate it with a SIM card, you don't necessarily need Wi-Fi like a smartphone. Without 4G, you can only access the internet via Wi-Fi.

there is the Galaxy Tab S7 Wi-Fi. This then only works with Wi-Fi. The LTE variant supports mobile data and Wi-Fi.
