Will 14th generation Intel processors work on this motherboard? I have read online that you have to update the bios for this and that you also need an older CPU (12th-13th gen)...

Hi, no, you don't need a different CPU. I also updated it with the 14th Gen CPU. Simply load the BIOS onto a stick and update it in the BIOS.
