Yep, it fits, but according to NZXT you can order an AM5 kit free of charge with a receipt for the AM5 mainboard and AIO. I've been waiting for it for a week, got feedback yesterday that my ticket is being processed and it will take about 3-4 days.
The AM5 kit is supposed to give a stronger contact pressure on the CPU and thus provide a few degrees better cooling.

Currently have a 7950X with the cooling and get 40-45° at 105W Eco mode at idle and about 75° on the CPU when gaming. Water temp steady at about 30°.
I'll give more feedback as soon as I have more info.

According to the following article, a special bracket is required for the AM5 socket.
