Hello Vordme. I just bought this card recently. I am quite happy with it, the temperatures are not over 50 degrees ( have a good pc case ) use the card with ArchLinux and had no problems with the drivers ( tn40xx ), so I can't tell you if it works with windows for example...I reach 4gbit down and 4gbit up with Salt. I haven't optimized anything yet because I didn't have time...the card is not in pci 16 but pci x4...if you have more questions, ask away :)

I once managed 2.5 GBit/s with the thing and Salt Fiber on speedtest.net

Hello Encasio! Thank you for your answer. What kind of cable do you use Cat6, 6A or 7? 4 gbit? I'm a bit disappointed (although it's safe enough and certainly only available at speedtest.net).
