I can now answer the question myself.

YES works!

1) Are the CMH96GX5M2E6000Z36 supported for 9000 series according to QVL?
2) CMH96GX5M2E6000Z36 had XMP and EXPO in my case
3) MSI also supports the RAM for its AM5!
