Will this injector be sufficiently powerful for the U6-LR access point from Ubiquiti? This injector has a max power output of 15.3W, however the max power consumption of the U6-LR is listed as 16.5W.

No, since the U6-LR needs 802.3at, which the U-POE-AF can not deliver.
You can use the POE-48-24W-G, which is listed by Ubiquiti as a compatible POE-injector for the U6-LR.
