No, the Logitech remote controls are all based on infrared (as are most TVs, home cinemas, etc.). So you need an infrared signal receiver in any case. This is also the case if you want to control the devices via hub and smartphone (with an app).

For the Swisscom TV box you need an infrared receiver, as the Logitech works with infrared, but Swisscom TV works via radio. You can find such a receiver at Digitec for Fr. 19.90. Swisscom Accessory Set for TV-Box UHD

I can highly recommend the Harmony. The actions that you can configure are great, where you can select all the devices that are needed (TV, Home Cinema, TV box).
