Wingo Internet setup with Fritzbox Please help! I have plugged in 2 of the sockets on the connection. Tried with blue cable and red cable from Wingo. Set up the Fritzbox AVM FRITZ!Box 5530 Fiber XGS-PON which is also supported by Swisscom, with the software version 7.50 in the new flat from her. Unfortunately, this does not work as intended. I have changed the entry "Swisscom FTTH DHCP" on the Fritzbox "Internet provider". I am redirected to the Swisscom page and then have to enter a login. Is this the WingoLogin data or what data is required from Wingo that does not work? I keep getting an error message saying that it didn't work when she logs in and that I should contact Swisscom support. If I enter any login data, another error message comes up, so it does recognise some login data. I have received an activation code is this Net Service Number (NSN) ? Where exactly do I have to enter it?

I had exactly the same problem, you have to select a "different Internet provider" and set DHCP to ID 10. Then the so-called "splash page" appears and you can activate the line. After the activation, probably configure PPPoE with login data & DHCP ID 11.
