Would like to combine this board with an AMD Ryzen 7 1800x. can anyone recommend an air cooler and 16gb ram for it? I already have a 1080 from MSI, which should fit.

Why don't you buy an AMD Ryzen 2700X instead? It costs 39 CHF more, but it has better performance and comes with a fan.
